We have the following classrooms available:

Infant Room
At 6 weeks, children can join the Infant room.

  • A class size of 10 with a lead teacher and 2 assistants if needed
  • An adult/child ratio of 1:4

The schedule in the infant room is tailored to each child’s needs. As children become ready to be in the toddler room, we adjust their eating and sleeping schedules so the transition is not a shock to them. Infants are given plenty of floor time. They enjoy age-appropriate activities daily including music, books, and outdoor time. As the children turn 1 year old, we introduce more activities including water play, art activities, and playing in the gym. They will also start to play on the playground.

We provide Parent’s Choice Premium Formula, Gerber rice and oatmeal cereal, and Gerber fruits and vegetables. As infants get older, we introduce them to our table food which we serve in the other classrooms. We also provide whole milk which is introduced after they turn 1 year old with approval by the parents.

Toddler Room
At about 15 months, children join the Toddler room. They must be drinking from a sippy cup, eating table food, walking on their own, and taking one nap in the middle of the day. For the child’s safety, we also ask that they be walking well before coming to the Toddler room. They should be off of formula by this age as well. We provide whole milk at breakfast and lunch in this classroom.

  • A class size of 9 with a lead teacher and 1 assistant if needed
  • An adult/child ratio of 1:5

Children enjoy daily age-appropriate activities in art, literacy, music, science, gym, outdoor play and Jesus time. As they approach the age of 2, we introduce them to drinking out of a regular cup. Potty-training will not be introduced in this class.

Twos Room
At about age 2, children join the Twos room.

  • A class size of 9 with a lead teacher and 1 assistant if needed
  • An adult/child ratio of 1:8

The classroom takes on the look of a beginning preschool classroom and the day is structured to include child-directed and teacher-directed activities. The children drink from a regular cup at all meals. Daily experiences include Jesus time, songs, literacy, science, art, math, outdoor play, and gym activities and rest time. A special emphasis is put on encouraging children to use the toilet. This classroom has direct access to the bathroom.
